Stephanie and Calum

Thanks to Rankine Photography Ltd for their beautiful photography services at Stephanie & Calum's wedding.

I had such a lovely time working with Stephanie and her family. We had our trial about a year before her wedding where I met her sister (and bridesmaid) and mum. Stephanie had a good idea of what she wanted which really helped when narrowing down her styles. A few months later we had a trial with her other five bridesmaids who all wanted their own unique style. Stephanie was very relaxed with their choices and just wanted them to feel nice- which was great. 

Stephanie opted for curls and a half up do for her glossy locks, she looked a classic beauty and her romantic curls complimented her beautiful gown. She wanted her hair to look natural and required volume at the top which we achieved. This really suited her. All of the bridesmaids contrasted by having their hair up. The relaxed theme remained but in various styles. There were curls and pinned, a pleated up do, straight and swept up and loose curls pinned. More and more brides are opting for their bridesmaid's to vary their look and it really does work well as you can see form the stunning images below.

The wedding morning started early and we got all the hair and make up done and then headed to the beautiful Dundas castle to finish off getting ready. We had a huge room so lots of space for the wedding party to move around. There were photos, champagne and exchanging of gifts all going on as I tweaked the styles for all the girls. 

My job was then done. I had a really lovely time throughout my experience working with this lovely family and hold this wedding as one of my dearest.
